Dr. Denain Milwid
Denain Milwid completed his undergraduate education at Simon Fraser University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He then continued his education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and graduated as a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) in 2009. Dr. Milwid is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). He is fully certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture through McMaster University, and has completed post-graduate training in custom foot orthotics with a focus on lower limb biomechanics and related structural conditions. He is a member of both the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) and the British Columbia Chiropractic Association (BCCA).
Dr. Milwid worked as an athletic trainer for the Delta Islanders Jr A lacrosse team for 3 years while completing his undergraduate degree, as well as volunteering for the North York Astros Soccer team as an athletic trainer while studying at CMCC.
Dr. Milwid is committed to continuous education and utilizing current research to ensure his patients receive the most effective treatments possible. He treats a wide variety of neuromusculoskeletal conditions to help decrease pain, improve mobility, prevent injury, and increase participation in activities of daily living.
