Dr. Kaleigh Anstett

Dr. Anstett began her training at the University of Guelph, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics. Following a brief year teaching English in South Korea, she completed her medical education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. There she gained valuable experience treating patients on the sports medicine rotation during her clinical year.

Since being in private practice, Dr. Anstett has continued to hone her skills as an integrative sports medicine practitioner. Currently, her approach to pain management includes a wide variety of injection techniques – prolotherapy, neural and perineural injection therapy and trigger point injections and dry needling. Cortisone, hyaluronic acid, and/or platelet rich plasma injections are also provided as indicated. Dr. Anstett has also received advanced training in bio-identical hormone replacement, orthomolecular medicine, nutrigenomics and gastrointestinal health.

As a Naturopathic Doctor, it is always her goal to effectively diagnose, treat and support her patients as they work towards a state of greater health. Since moving to Vancouver Island in 2025, she looks forward to working with patients of Campbell River and the surrounding communities to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.

Dr. Anstett encourages the use of specialized functional lab tests where appropriate and utilizing laboratories outside of Canada as needed.
